I can’t get the top to “open” to use the pump. I twisted and twisted. Any suggestions! I bought it for the pump convenience.

I’ve had the same problem! I guess I should try the suggestions of the people here. But what I do is take the pump off my old, empty lotion bottle & put it on my new bottle.

Is this still packaged wrong where it gets crushed or leaks out like the reviews say for 2017?

Mine arrived leaking and the pump was also broken. I can’t get anywhere trying to request a new pump! So I wrote a review but still haven’t heard from anyone. Although I love the lotion, I won’t buy it again 😢
