This kettle is just beautiful! It's heavy so it feels substantial and the handle stays cool. My only complaint is that you need to use medium to low heat so it takes longer to boil. AND, it looks great on my stove, and the whistle is soft enough not to be annoying. So, I am going to give it five stars.

This kettle is so pretty and great quality. The noise level is less than I recently had. My prior kettle stained from my gas stove and I like that this has a border to prevent that.

Gorgeous and functional. Good value for the money. I use it on my convection top to avoid damage from flames. Heats up relatively quickly and sounds wonderful.

I have never owned a stove-top tea kettle, and my husband wanted one to fill our little ceramic teapot we recently obtained. We had requirements: It had to whistle. I had to have a cap over the pour spout. The cap over the pour spout had to have a finger trigger to open it. It had to be crazy cute / pretty. We toyed with some very functional kettles that were stainless and would blend in with our appliances, pots and pans...and with black ones, that would blend in with our countertops and stove top, beige ones that would blend in with our backsplash - but then decided on one to stand out with pure cuteness and beauty with elegant lines. Cuteness and beauty aside, this teapot is extremely functional and checks all of our boxes as well. We love the safety feature of having the whistle. There are instructions inside for keeping this kettle in tip-top shape and looking beautiful for a very long time. We LOVE it! Great value for the money, as well as beauty and functionality. We got the Elveden Navy one. I want one of each! Recommended!

Its perfectly beautiful!

Looked very nice in the Amazon picture, However, not what we received. The cover to the T pot was placed loosely in the bag with the T pot. Needless to say, by the time we received the expensive pot, it doesn't look so nice. The side with the lettering is scratched from top to bottom from the cover sharp end rolling around and rubbing against the pot. Terrible quality control and customer service. Just get it out the door $ mentality. I would give a 0 if I could. Left message with Laura Ashley co. Will update IF I hear anything back.

I have had this tea pot for about a year, very beautiful design. Works well. The only thing I have a problem with is the handle it is not easy to release to pour out the water. It kinda awkward to pour out the water.

Very pretty and substantial tea kettle. It will discolor slightly on a gas stove if you let the flames go up over the side, but that’s not the fault of the product. Loud but pleasant whistle. My mom loves it!
