First of all, I had already purchased another brand of recumbent bike until I viewed the "Big Guy" review on YouTube. I immediately cancelled my order and changed to the 3G Cardio Elite RB X. I am 6'1" and 260lbs. The 3G Cardio Elite is exactly what the "Big Guy" said it would be, sturdy (not the least but unstable during your work out). The ride is smooth and as quiet as you would expect from a quality piece of equipment. The bike I was going to buy would have costed me half as much, but I would rather pay more and be happy with my purchase, than pay hundreds of dollars and be dissatisfied. Just like the "Big Guy" said, the seat is wide and well cushioned, and has 3 adjustment settings that allow for optimum comfort. The display screen is easy to use. I didn't even have refer to the user manual to understand the basics of being able to maneuver through and set the user functions on the display. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the east of assembling the bike. I paid extra to Amazon for the service. I'm 64 With a bad back, and a replaced knee. It did however, take the two servicemen about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. The only negative was the fact I was missing 2 screws to an optional part I chose not to attach to the bike. I did however want to have these screws in case somewhere down the line I may want to utilize that part. I contacted a 3G Cardio customer service representative and made arrangements to have the 2 screws send to me. I spoke to a gentleman named Brian who made the experience very pleasurable, which is a rarity in this day and age. He let me know that he also has had the same bike, and if I have any questions whatsoever to contact him on his private number that he emailed to me. Now that's customer service. So once again thanks to Brian and YouTube's "Big Guy" (I highly recommend that you check him out before making a choice regarding exercise equipment). They both helped make me feel I made the right choice in purchasing the 3G Cardio Elite RB X.

We got the bike this past Saturday. First impressions: This bike is solid, and well made. Nice features, like the tilting seat back, and a very comfortable seat. It is also extremely quiet. I got it up to 25mph, and you could barely hear it. The display is clear and easy to set up for each user (there can be up to four separate user profiles). Both my wife and I have used the bike, she is 5’1” and I’m 6’3”. It adjusts quickly and easily to each user. Assembly: The company has obviously put a great deal of thought into the manual and individual parts. The parts needed for each step are separated and shrink wrapped on two blister packs. I’ve never seen that before! Again, a great deal of thought went into that. The manual shows clear diagrams for each step in addition to the steps and diagrams on the blister packs. I only removed the parts for the step I was performing. That way I could more easily keep track of the parts, and it reduced the possibility of losing something. I was able to assemble the bike in under two hours with the hand tools 3G provided. Now, to be fair, I work with my hands all the time, so assembly was fairly easy. But for folks who are less mechanically inclined, the clear instructions are a definite plus. And for some people, it would be a benefit to have another set of hands to help with assembly. I’d like to post a follow-up review in a few months, but for now we are both very pleased. This is a great piece of equipment that can adjust to people of all shapes and sizes. I would highly recommend this bike!

This bike is exceptional in nearly every way. I started using it two weeks ago and am already up to 10 miles per session. I’m in my 70s and have stayed fit with Pilates and swimming, but as I prepare for bilateral knee replacements, both my research and my physical therapist pointed to a recumbent bike as the best choice—and now I understand why. I only wish I had bought this years ago. It’s excellent for cardiovascular fitness and conditioning and has already made a meaningful difference in my pre-op preparation. I’m confident it will be just as valuable during post-op recovery. I initially believed my other routines were sufficient. I was wrong. I started at just 2 miles, but the bike is so comfortable and smooth that I naturally increased the distance each day. I now do interval training and work up a real sweat. It’s quiet, stable, and very easy on the joints. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I subscribe to Consumer Reports and didn’t see their review until after buying, but they raved about this bike. Customer service has also been excellent—the staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to reach.

We have been very happy with this recumbent bike. The lower display is a smart design choice because it lets us see over the console to watch TV shows while working out, which makes longer sessions much more enjoyable. The seat is very comfortable, and the bike itself is easy to move around and doesn’t take up too much space for the quality and sturdiness you get. Customer support has also been excellent. Any time an issue has come up, the company has worked with us promptly, including sending technicians out a couple of times to fix things during the first year, which included in‑home labor. It also comes with a 7‑year parts warranty, which gives extra peace of mind. Assembly was straightforward. The main frame arrives already put together, so all that was required was adding the pedals, seat, and stabilizers. Overall, it has been a solid, comfortable bike that’s easy to live with and easy to recommend.

It took us less than two hours to put it together, but I must admit, it might be a bit tricky for one person. So, if you're not a DIY guru, having a helping hand would be a smart move. The company has a YouTube video that guided us through the entire process, with no issues. The 3G Cardio Elite RB Exercise Bike operates in virtual silence, making it ideal for some TV or movie time during your workout. The bike does not come with entertainment or apps on its monitor; however, if you're like me, I have found entertainment apps on exercise equipment to be lacking and would rather use my own smart tv and apps, while I'm working out. This bike is awesome. I bought it on appearance and description. I ordered the delivery with assembly as it was reasonable in cost. It arrived on the date I chose, the delivery guys (2) we friendly and competent. The assembly took the 2 men alittle over an hour and I'm glad I chose inside delivery with assembly as there were quite a few parts and steps in the assembly although the manual apprared straight forward. Basic tools were included and no missing parts. The guys said this was the 2nd one of these they had assembled so they were somewhat familiar but I think after watching them I would have taken somewhat longer to do this and be sure it was all set up and working propperly. So that was yeaterday and my first ride was this morning. Having used treadmills, elipticals and regular outdoor bicycles this bike, recumbent style was of very good quality and easy to use and operate. Very comfortable, adjustable seat and electronics to adjust (I ordered the basic control panel as that is all I need essentially time, distance and pulse rate and resistense. The seat and pedal set up is easy to adjust, solid feel, stable not wobbly and the unit doesn't take up too much space. I actually spoke to the company on the phone before ordering the unit regarding a purhasing question but was connected to a service guy due to a sales person not in the office that day, had a great conversation with the service guy and made me feel comfortable about purchaing oune of thes bikes and he was the guy I'd likely speak ti if I did have questions about the bike or parts. So I got on Amazon and ordered my bike, setup the deluvery date with assembly. I could go on and on but in short I highly reccomend this bike if your looking for a well designed, sturdy, moderatly priced in my opinion considering the quality exercise recument style exercise bike that is easy to use and comfortable. I looked at bikes ranging from $800 to $3000 and this bike at $2000 with free shipping and if you have an Amazon credit card 12 mos no interest this was a good option. I've only had this bike two days but there are no concerns, I'll write further if I encounter any significatant issues.

Our very active family purchased this Recumbent Bike in 2018 as a replacement for a more affordable option from another company that became inoperable after a few years of using it. This 3G Cardio Recumbent bike has been used at least 4 times a week for the last 7 years and is still going strong! The adjustments are quick and easy and allow a 5'3" woman and a 6'0" man to easily set up the bike on a daily basis for comfort whether we are doing a recovery session or HIIT training. The resistance range is great and offers minimal to very strenuous tension that allows a huge variety of different training options. This bike's profile is modest, but offers a substantial feel that you would expect from a commercial gym option. One of the features that we desired, but had some concerns about was the mesh back rest, but after 7 years, the mesh is still intact and the breathability is a huge plus as our previous bike had the foam backrest and with this mesh backrest we no longer have that "puddle" of sweat dripping down the bike after each workout! In 2024 we had a small issue with the power supply adapter not working, but we called 3G Cardio directly and explained that the adapter was not plugging in to the bike properly and they sent us the proper replacement adapter and power inlet and we had the bike repaired in about 5 minutes. Great product, fantastic support, Highly recommended for recreational and competitive use. 5 stars for sure!

I’ve had my 3G Cardio recumbent bike for a while now, and overall, I really like it. The build quality feels solid—sturdy frame, comfortable seat, and smooth pedaling motion. It’s very quiet, which makes it easy to use while watching TV or listening to music. The console is simple and straightforward, not overloaded with gimmicks, and it gives me everything I need to track my workout. What really stands out to me is how natural the pedaling feels compared to other bikes I’ve tried. The seat adjusts easily and gives good support for longer rides. I also appreciate the compact footprint—it doesn’t take up a ton of space.
