Fits a tall guy perfectly, worth every penny!
Based on advice from my orthopedic surgeon and my physical therapist, I ordered this recumbent bike to help with the rehabilitation of my knee. This bike exceeds my expectations in all respects. It is well made, sturdy, and what assembly that’s required is easily accomplished by one person. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. All the necessary tools are provided. At 6’6”, 230 pounds with a 36/37 inseam, I had concerns about proper fitment. I shouldn’t have worried. The bike accommodates me perfectly. In fact, the company is conservative in its description of the maximum leg length permitted. I easily have 2-3 more inches of leg room available, so talk individuals can order this one confidently. The ergonomics are commendable. The length and seat angles are adjustable, the Q factor aligns my legs well relative to my knees and hips. The unit itself is easy to reposition as needed. The 14” display is vivid and sharp, but I honestly just watch something mindless on the TV in my gym. This is NOT the least expensive recumbent bike. However, as with most everything, you get what you pay for. If a top rated, comfortable, well built machine with first class customer support is important to you, well…

Quality Bike That's Easy To Use
First of all, I had already purchased another brand of recumbent bike until I viewed the "Big Guy" review on YouTube. I immediately cancelled my order and changed to the 3G Cardio Elite RB X. I am 6'1" and 260lbs. The 3G Cardio Elite is exactly what the "Big Guy" said it would be, sturdy (not the least but unstable during your work out). The ride is smooth and as quiet as you would expect from a quality piece of equipment. The bike I was going to buy would have costed me half as much, but I would rather pay more and be happy with my purchase, than pay hundreds of dollars and be dissatisfied. Just like the "Big Guy" said, the seat is wide and well cushioned, and has 3 adjustment settings that allow for optimum comfort. The display screen is easy to use. I didn't even have refer to the user manual to understand the basics of being able to maneuver through and set the user functions on the display. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the east of assembling the bike. I paid extra to Amazon for the service. I'm 64 With a bad back, and a replaced knee. It did however, take the two servicemen about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. The only negative was the fact I was missing 2 screws to an optional part I chose not to attach to the bike. I did however want to have these screws in case somewhere down the line I may want to utilize that part. I contacted a 3G Cardio customer service representative and made arrangements to have the 2 screws send to me. I spoke to a gentleman named Brian who made the experience very pleasurable, which is a rarity in this day and age. He let me know that he also has had the same bike, and if I have any questions whatsoever to contact him on his private number that he emailed to me. Now that's customer service. So once again thanks to Brian and YouTube's "Big Guy" (I highly recommend that you check him out before making a choice regarding exercise equipment). They both helped make me feel I made the right choice in purchasing the 3G Cardio Elite RB X.

The Perfect Recumbent Bike
This bike is exceptional in nearly every way. I started using it two weeks ago and am already up to 10 miles per session. I’m in my 70s and have stayed fit with Pilates and swimming, but as I prepare for bilateral knee replacements, both my research and my physical therapist pointed to a recumbent bike as the best choice—and now I understand why. I only wish I had bought this years ago. It’s excellent for cardiovascular fitness and conditioning and has already made a meaningful difference in my pre-op preparation. I’m confident it will be just as valuable during post-op recovery. I initially believed my other routines were sufficient. I was wrong. I started at just 2 miles, but the bike is so comfortable and smooth that I naturally increased the distance each day. I now do interval training and work up a real sweat. It’s quiet, stable, and very easy on the joints. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I subscribe to Consumer Reports and didn’t see their review until after buying, but they raved about this bike. Customer service has also been excellent—the staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to reach.

Commercial Quality at a Value Price
I have now owned my 3G Cardio Elite RB Recumbent Bike for 3 months, and wanted to wait to write a review until I had a chance to give it a good test. I love this bike. It's as good a quality as the one I used in my Physical Therapy sessions, but probably cost at least a thousand dollars less. The set up directions and format were easy enough to follow, and I did it myself (the hardest part was getting it out of the box). A helper would make it a little faster and easier, but it's not necessary if you have any experience in equipment set up. I did have two very minor issues right away, but they did not keep me from using the bike. I called 3G Cardio Service, and they quickly arranged for a service tech to come out and make the repairs. He did an excellent job, and, being under warranty, there was no charge. Now that I know how to use all the dials and adjustments, I am able to enjoy the bike even more. It takes some trial and error to figure it all out, but ultimately, it's not a long learning curve. My favorite feature would have to be the seat. To begin with, it is very comfortable, but what makes it special is that you can adjust the angle of the mesh seat back...a feature not found on any of the low priced recumbent bikes, and rarely on more expensive ones. It allows you to completely customize the comfort factor to your exact preference. Let's be honest, if you're not comfortable on any piece of workout equipment, you're probably not going to want to use it very often. So, to summarize, this bike is very comfortable, extremely quiet, very substantial (it doesn"t move when I get the speed and resistance humming), has a small foot print and it looks great. I would unequivocally recommend the 3G Cardio Elite RB to anyone looking to purchase a reasonably priced, high quality bike. John G. Aurora, OH 3/18/19

Completely Satisfied with the Elite RB Exercise Bike and the 3G Cardio Company
This bike has been a true game-changer for my wife and me. Let's be honest, it's not the cheapest option out there, but I've lived long enough to regret virtually every major purchase I've made where I tried to cut corners, because we really do get what we pay for. This bike was easy to assemble, is enjoyable to use, seamlessly fit into our home gym and is unbeatable, in terms of comfort. The clincher has been the company's customer service. Although we purchased the bike from Amazon, vs the 3G Cardio website, Bryan, the company's owner, could not have been more responsive to questions I had about the bike. Although I have used Amazon for years, this is the first detailed review I have felt compelled to write. When my wife and I unboxed this the recumbent bike, we were relieved to find clear instructions and all the necessary tools included. It took us less than two hours to put it together, but I must admit, it might be a bit tricky for one person. So, if you're not a DIY guru, having a helping hand would be a smart move. The company has a YouTube video that guided us through the entire process, with no issues. The 3G Cardio Elite RB Exercise Bike operates in virtual silence, making it ideal for some TV or movie time during your workout. The bike does not come with entertainment or apps on its monitor; however, if you're like me, I have found entertainment apps on exercise equipment to be lacking and would rather use my own smart tv and apps, while I'm working out. The bike has multiple programs and settings, so your workouts can be as intense as you would like to make them. But the real star of the show is undoubtedly the seat. It's the epitome of comfort, and the reclining feature puts the bike in a class by itself. The seat takes the pressure off your back, hips, and knees, making long rides a breeze. So if you struggle with back pain or have knee or hip joint issues, you'll find this seat to be a lifesaver. This purchase has changed my cardio routine completely. I was using our elliptical maybe two times a week; however, since we assembled the bike, I have used it every single day, from 30-60 minutes at a time. In a nutshell, the 3G Cardio Elite RB Exercise Bike is a smart investment for those serious about their fitness. It's a breeze to set up (with a little help), operates quietly for maximum enjoyment, and offers unparalleled comfort to keep you riding longer. Since my wife and I view this as a long term investment in our health and fitness, I'm glad we found something we actually look forward to using. Combine that with a supportive company that will answer any question or concern that you may have and it's an unbeatable combination. I will definitely recommend this bike and the company to any friends and family who are looking for high quality fitness equipment and great service.

3G Cardio, best recumbent bike ever!
The 3G Cardio recumbent bike is my favorite of all brands that I've used! I travel Internationally and the recumbent bike is my first choice of equipment. Between the gym, hotels and a previously owned bike, I've used at least 8-10 different brands. I've ridden recumbents for at least 15 years. This bike is sturdy, solid, quiet and smooth. It is 49" x 27". The shorter length made it easier to place in my home, (most recumbents are about a foot longer.) I find the distance between the pedals to be perfect. My legs are properly aligned from foot to hip. The pedals are wide and comfortable. The seat adjusts forward and back, tilts up and down and the back adjusts forward and aft. I'm small framed and I do put a pillow behind my back for a little extra cushion between the seat and seat back, (This is just a preference, not a necessity.) I ride an hour and like being able to periodically adjust my tilt and back angle, as well as varying my resistance levels. The minor adjustments slightly change my knee position. I don't get knee pain after my ride that I sometimes experience from other bikes where I'm in the exact same position day after day. When I received the bike, the instructions for putting it together were very detailed and easy to follow. I did have a couple of questions and Bryan, from 3G Cardio was always available to help me. There are 16 levels of resistance and I was finding level one to equate to about a level 4 on other bikes. Bryan sent me a diagram on how to lower the resistance. It was an easy process and I was able to do it myself. He told me if I had any difficulty he would send a technician out to set it for me, free of charge. This bike has one year free parts and labor, and a 7 year parts warranty! 3G Cardio has the best product and the best customer service I have ever experienced. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!

Comfortable, compact bike with great support
We have been very happy with this recumbent bike. The lower display is a smart design choice because it lets us see over the console to watch TV shows while working out, which makes longer sessions much more enjoyable. The seat is very comfortable, and the bike itself is easy to move around and doesn’t take up too much space for the quality and sturdiness you get. Customer support has also been excellent. Any time an issue has come up, the company has worked with us promptly, including sending technicians out a couple of times to fix things during the first year, which included in‑home labor. It also comes with a 7‑year parts warranty, which gives extra peace of mind. Assembly was straightforward. The main frame arrives already put together, so all that was required was adding the pedals, seat, and stabilizers. Overall, it has been a solid, comfortable bike that’s easy to live with and easy to recommend.

Great bike.
I’ve had my 3G Cardio recumbent bike for a while now, and overall, I really like it. The build quality feels solid—sturdy frame, comfortable seat, and smooth pedaling motion. It’s very quiet, which makes it easy to use while watching TV or listening to music. The console is simple and straightforward, not overloaded with gimmicks, and it gives me everything I need to track my workout. What really stands out to me is how natural the pedaling feels compared to other bikes I’ve tried. The seat adjusts easily and gives good support for longer rides. I also appreciate the compact footprint—it doesn’t take up a ton of space.
