Great door, easy to install, and love that the closing door locks away above the door so it doesn't get lost. Also love that it has a strong lock when the door is on use.

Awesome product lasting since December 2005 but the flaps are tearing and now I need to replace them already.

Very easy to install as I was replacing an existing door so no cutting or measuring needed (the included instructions and templateswould be a big help if needed). My dogs got used to it pretty fast. I really like how the door blocker can easily be locked into place. The aluminum frame is much nicer than the plastic one that was replaced.

Awful product. Didn’t last a few months before falling apart. Seller is extremely difficult to work with. Price now reflects quality. Flaps do not seal and fall apart after short use allowing cold air in. Spend the money and buy a good door with a warranty. Seller will try to offer small % of a refund. Had to contact Amazon direct and send the broken door back to get a refund. Amazon was very helpful but the seller 0 stars for the product and customer services!

I bought this VOSOIR brand dog door to replace my previous dog door, which lasted about 7 years. It was one of the big brand names, and I had hoped it would have lasted longer. This dog door seems to be very well built, with the frame primarily made out of aluminum. My previous dog door was plastic, which dried out and cracked, so I am hoping the aluminum will last much longer. This is the wall version, with two door flaps which seem to work very well. The flaps self-seal correctly due to the magnets. The dog door also looks very good. The installation was very easy, especially since I was replacing an existing door. I did have to enlarge the opening slightly, but luckily it fit very well. I would recommend this dog door.

I’m indifferent on this dog door and here’s why: It was easy to install, however, we live in Minnesota so both flaps got so cold and ripped at the seams which isn’t necessarily reflective of the quality of the product since we were getting -20° weather. What I will say is frustrating is that the brand does have replacement flaps but they are always out of stock and they only sell individually, which sucks because they have double and triple door options. So it would be super helpful if they could produce more replacement flaps and sell as a set.

I found this to be a quality pet door. By default it comes with two flaps, diminishing heat transfer between the inside and outside environments. Since our previous pet door was a single flap, it took a bit of extra training to get our pets to get used to the extra flap, but it's good now.
