MEMO BOX Mini Smart Pill Box Single Pack, 5060527750043

I have had this since December 2019 and it no longer reminds me to take my pill either on my phone or the actual pill box. At the moment it still tracks when I open it, but nothing else.Update....I no longer have any problems with this. It reminds me every day. It is a fantastic product.Ok....So I have set it off to go off once a day and if I want to take the pill earlier then I can go in the app to say that I have taken it and it sets the reminder for the next day. If I leave it, it will beep constantly (that is how I have set it up) until I open the box. Every time the box is opened it records the time and date. Once charged it lasts weeks with one charge.

Product idea sounds great and the actual device looks lovely. Unfortunately mine came broken, Where the micro USB charger port was floating around freely and wouldn’t charge.

I really like this idea and how it’s built into this sleek, solid little gadget. The reminders are very reliable so far, and I’m still exploring other features. One suggestion though, it would be great if the app can automatically pull out the instructions for different meds once I type in the meds name.

Update: I've knocked a star off because the charging flap now no longer stays down which is a little annoying. This may be due to the micro-usb being slightly loose or a small amount of plastic being worn away. A shame. The app still lags behind what I'd expect, with lots of bugs that I'd expect to have been solved a long time ago.An interesting idea put into production. If, like me, you frequently second guess yourself about if you've taken your tablets then this product will tick several boxes for you. In terms of size, I find it's perfect for a week or even two weeks of tablets.The good bits:The build quality seems fairly solid.The light is bright and the alarm is surprisingly loud.It's such an easy way to track and reminder to take tablets.The size and build quality makes it very easy to take with you away from home.The battery life is great, which is to be expected.The bad bits:The alarm is surpsisingly loud (and cannot at least be currently changed).The app could be a bit easier to use and explained.Currently (on IOS) the app must be opened after a reminder for the app to register that the box has been opened which is slightly annoying and should be fixed in an update.Conclusion:Overall, a great little addition, especially if you often forget to take your pills or struggle tracking them. The build quality will keep you using it, and hopefully the app will continue to be updated.

This is such a cute pill box and it's surprisingly functional. It comes handy with the reminder and tracking function, making it a no-brainer for me to take meds & supplements. The battery lasts forever. Love how much easier and simpler Memo Box has made my life. Recommended to all taking regular meds/supplements.

Love this cute little box! It never failed to remind me to take medication, as well as when I "almost" forget to take it with me. I'd recommend it to anyone as forgetful as myself :)

The support team is great, and seemed to genuinely care about my experience as a customer. I initially had a bit of a problem with the battery level. The support staff was very friendly and guided me through the trouble-shooting process, and quickly arranged a replacement unit which works really well. Thank you so much.

Very limited size and not really suitable to most of the people it would be marketed at. Lack of compartments makes it have limited use which is a shame as it's a nice concept

Con questo motodo ho risolto un grave problema di salute. Devo prendere ad intervalli regolari delle pastiglie che dimenticavo o confondevo regolamente. Il sistema è semplice ed intuitivo, si interfaccia perfettamente con il mio iphone.Inoltre perla finale siccome viaggio spesso per lavoro si rischedula automaticamente con il fuso locale. Consigliatissimo!!!
