This Xylitol pack is an excellent value. The 5-pound bag is a generous size and will last me a very long time.To keep it fresh, I transferred it to an airtight container and taped a couple of food-grade silica gel packs to the lid to help keep moisture out and prevent clumping. That storage method has worked well for me.The Xylitol dissolves easily, which makes it very convenient to use. It also tastes great and has a strong sweetness, so I only need to use a small amount at a time.I primarily use it as a sugar substitute, but I also use it as a mouth rinse to help reduce bacteria in my mouth and support cavity prevention. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality, taste, and value of this product and would definitely buy it again.

This birch sourced xylitol is excellent for hot & cold beverages, baking & for oral health in DIY toothpaste & for mouth rinsing. I've purchased several brands of xylitol however this one proves superior; especially since it's non-gmo, from birch wood & not corn.

Ok. I used this in a recipe for bread that I had found. The recipe was for a bread machine making low carb bread. I was skeptical of how it would taste with other sweeteners. I was happy that it didn’t have any funny after taste.

My first time trying this product and it was great!
