My research convinced me to go for Creatine and this brand was offering the cheapest one. I bought it on August 23, 2024 and just after 3-4 days, I was able to observe alleviated strength levels. It has been a month now and I have been able to add an extra plate of 2.5kgs each week for essential exercises like, the bench, military press, barber rowing, etc. So my from end the product is highly effective and to the best of my knowledge cheapest one

This was the first time where I saw lumps in the pack. There were signs that watwr had penetrated in it. The whole point of investing creatine is with water but if it's already tampered with water the effect will reduce in this case. Really didn't like this time...I hope you compensate for the next time due to such a bad experience
