Very strong scent right when you put it on but it fades throughout the day. I've been using it on my hard before I wrap it in heatless curls and I feel like it's actually helped with the frizz and helped my hair look healthier overall. When I open the curls in the morning the smell is not as strong as when I put it on which is a plus but there is a good moderate smell.

This hair lotion smells incredibly fresh! I love it. After my shower, I apply two pumps to the ends, and it makes my hair soft and manageable. I chose the green version, and it smells like a day at the beach! I especially enjoy it because it makes me feel clean and pretty. I have bought this product twice now and still love it. The scent doesn’t last long, but it doesn’t need to. My hair loves this stuff. I use it to help my hair dry and it keeps down my frizz. I don’t know what kind of hair texture I have, but whatever it is I love it.

This smelled beautiful, but lasted literally seconds! I only wish they found a way to make the scent last. It was truly lovely. I have baby fine, color-treated hair, and it did not weigh my hair down, and even made it feel smooth. I did not notice any color being stripped either, so it's safe for colored locks. Some products say they are 'color-safe', and you wind up ruining your color. I bought this for adding a lasting scent to my hair, so it just didn't do what I was expecting it to. For the price, I can buy a good leave-in conditioner that's more than twice the size. Overall, I was disappointed. Because the scent was so pleasant, I gave it 3 stars.
