Could have been 5 stars!
Overall, the guitar is great. It sounds exceptional for the price, and is the "sound" I was after. The Fender strings sound good, the frets were clean (no sharp fret-ends), and the action is perfect. However, I am a bit disappointed with Fender: I was expecting a thinner neck, the upgraded machine heads, and the "Backed by Fender" logo on the back of the neck, as shown here on Amazon, and on Fender's serial number lookup. Instead, I got the older style tuners common on the FA models. While the neck isn't as thin as I'd like, it's still very comfortable, and easy to play, and the tuners work fine. My guitar arrived in excellent condition, and delivery was much faster than expected. I would have given Fender five stars for this guitar, if it just hadn't been for those details that were important to me. I'll be keeping my purchase, however, as I am quite pleased with the guitar itself.

Great deal
In shopping for a new beginner guitar, I came across this on several websites saying the Fender squier Dreadnaught was the best. I also didn’t see this guitar anywhere else on Amazon for cheaper. It was a no brainer for me to order from this seller and I’m glad I did. Quick shipping, and great product.

Just received this today, and like other reviews this doesn’t seem like a new guitar also the strings were rusted . Aside from that everything else is pretty good

Nice!
Was getting back into guitar recently and picked this one up. It arrived well package and un damage. It’s no Taylor but if you take care of it it’ll be fine… nice guitar to get back into music or just starting.. the only thing I don’t like are the stock strings, my e string broke on the 3rd tune but I’ll just have to order more once more strings break… also one of the tuning keys was installed a little off center but I don’t care it still works fine

Decent Value
I'm not sure what extras the reviews I read are raving about, I got no extras and no gig bag. I live in the desert which ruined my Martin so I wanted a cheap, laminate, durable instrument. It's good for the price but if you can keep the temperature stable and the relative humidity between 40-60% then spend a little bit more, 180-200, and get a spruce or other wood soundboard. The richer tone will keep you from putting it down.

Like Other Reviews, Guitar Arrived with scuffs
Like other reviews, my guitar arrived with scuffs and scratches as well as missed spots that should have been painted. I was thinking of sending it back but the sound quality is pretty impressive and it does seem to stay in tune. So, for those two reasons, I kept it. I mean ... it was only $100, but I would not purchase this as a gift because it looks like a used guitar.
