Excellent, i used it for GPL 1 meds, u can fit 3 pens in with a bit of a fiddle. I traveled from UK to Australia with a stop off in China for a wk. With a refreeze in china my meds made it safe n sound. I found if left unopened it will actually stay below 10 degrees for 36 hours.

Held a low temperature and easily fit at least one pen.

Easy to travel with it

Excellent for getting insulin safely to holiday destinations, took it to Tenerife it was still really cold after the 4 hour flight . Went through Customs with no problems at all .. takes two pens with ease

In the item description it say it is suitable for dupixent. See pictures. The injection pen went in fine, but the flask/ shape of the pen meant that it could not be removed. As I needed this to take on my holiday m, I was left with not being able to access my medication! Luckily the hotel was able to cut it open! 1st photo screenshot to say that item is suitable for that particular pen. 2nd photo shows the flask upside down, showing the injection can not be removed. Can’t even put fingers in to remove! 3rd photo showing it had to be cut open to remove. It was dangerous cutting it open! Be fully sure it is compatible with your injection pen or risk not being able to take your medication if you have not got the tools to cut it open! Amazon customer service were lovely in giving a refund!

This seemed expensive but it worked fabulous. I found that once you factor arriving at the airport a few hours early for security, flight time, and then transfer time to the hotel. I needed my injection pen to stay cooler for longer than 10 or 12 hours. I found other products with smaller ice packs did not last long enough. I will happily use this again.

Compact, plutôt léger, bon prix. Et surtout efficace, ça maintient les seringues à une température de 2 degrés pendant plus de 24h, on atteint 6 degrés au bout de 48h. Attention à bien laisser la cartouche de gel se réchauffer pendant 15mn après la sortie du congélateur, avant de l'insérer dans la bouteille isotherme, sinon la température descend sous 0°. Je recommande !
