⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeping it real...fish oil isn't exactly a treat so I'm all about this stuff! First, it's not GIANT and it's a premium pill so you get the benefits without taking tons or having to remember multiple times a day. Cheaper per per serving that way, too! LOVE that it's tailored just for us ladies <3

I try to take fish oil as a regular supplement because of the various health benefits. I like these capsules a lot because they are easy to swallow, and they don’t have any taste or aftertaste. I don’t recall have any fish taste repeating itself later as has happened in the past with other fish oil supplements. I also really like that these come in a blister pack so they don’t get stuck together and so I can take them with me a lot easier than if they came in a big bottle.I can’t pinpoint specific things I’ve noticed from taking these capsules except feeling better in general. It’s more that I will notice when I stop taking them that I don’t feel as good as when I was taking them. They seem to be very good quality, and they are tested thoroughly based on the listing information about how they are manufactured. They are rather pricey, but I think they’re worth a try.

Easy to swallow with no fishy aftertaste. I especially like that the capsules are individually blister packed so they don't stick together.

I usually eat enough oily fish that I don't feel like I need a huge boost but I take a supplement in weeks when I haven't been eating as much fish. I have tried several different brands and find this one is better for me. One thing I haven't liked about many others is there seem to be "leaks". They are usually packaged in a bottle and often stick together and are coated in some of the oil which makes me concerned about the integrity of them. I have yet to find a single one of these that seems to be damaged in any way. I will probably keep trying different brands but for now this is my choice.

First of all, I'm really not sure why this product is needlessly gendered. Men and Women can both benefit from a fish oil supplement just the same. That being said, I like this product. First of all, each fish oil capsule is individually packaged, so there's not going to be an issue with all the capsules sticking together like fish oil tends to do in a bottle.The fish oil inside is indeed fishy, so this isn't one of those de-scented or ultra-purified products. Which personally, I don't mind but if that's something that bothers you I think it's important to know.Overall, I like the product and would definitely recommend it.

These fish oil supplements are not only full of quality ingredients, but they're also packaged very nicely. They are easy to swallow and don't taste fishy. The only caveat is that I need long nails (which I don't have) or something to pop the blister pack open because just pushing the pill doesn't work and broke open one while trying to do it. So I'd reconsider that part of the packaging. But other than that, I'm loving this!

They are GMP Certified and GMO Free and taking these softgels add Omega-3 fatty acids to my diet. The price is a bit too high for 1 month supply.
