Good Product
This sweetener is the most like actual sugar that I have found, as it is sweet (without aftertaste) and has the crunchy consistency of sugar.

Great source of Xylitol
I have been using Xylitol in my coffee instead of sugar for some time now & find now difference in taste but obviously do not get an insulin spike.This xylitol to sustainably harvested & I am happy with using it

It's not as sweet as I thought it would be
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be. I still need a heaping teaspoon in strong coffee.The taste is like sugar and it claims it has 40% of the calories - so for the price I think I'll go backto Stevia of which you only need a whisper, so it lasts forever with no calories at all.
