For papers/files it has 3 but for small items, cables, cards, keys there were not enough and they were not easy to reach into.

What is the warranty on thhis bag?

Sorry, I don't even look into warranty on this price range. This bag is way better than its price tag in my opinion. I am a on location photographer. I normally carry 2 macbook pros 17" and 15.4" batteries, and camera accessories. When you set it down, it never tip over like my old one ($120) bags. It will last at least 3-5 years.

I need to find a replacement strap for the bag. Does anyone have the customer service number ?

This is an off-brand product so there is no customer support, but if you search for laptop bag strap, you'll find plenty of very cheap options. The one I ordered arrived the next day (**with prime).
