Worked perfectly for leveling the flat bed of a Prusa Mk3s+. I used short flat head screws from the bottom, threaded 8 of these standoffs partly down, leaving the taller original spacer in the center. I tightened down the center from the top of the heat bed, then got the rest of the screws started. The standoffs are round and a little but slippery, and didn't work well if they bottomed out on the bottom screw before I had the heat bed appropriately tight. I ended up using vice grips that were a bit wide for the gap and rubbed off a bit of the coating off the bottom of the heat bed. So you might want to be super careful or get some heat tolerant conformal coating first. MG Chemicals - 419D-55ML 419D conformal coating worked great, but you will see its hard to tell how well it is coated without a UV light.
