Packaged well. Easy to unpackaged and assemble. Beautiful! I actually bought and returned a different set because I literally couldn’t pull the pieces apart from each other. Very pleased.

Love this set! Would like it to be a little more sturdy but it did the job. Iy heated up so fast and just it's a cute addition to what you trying to do at your serving table. We didn't use it long in heating up food but. notice the stains from heat I'm guessing. I haven't investigated throughly but it's not a problem so far for us. I use these all the time. Comes in handy and elevates the look for family and work functions. The only thing is the handles frequently come unscrewed and the screws are small so if you lose them I'm not sure how to replace them. Other than that we mostly use the water pan and large food pan only and transfer the long aluminum pans in the deeper/ larger pan for a perfect fit. Not scratch resistant but can take a beatingDoes not have issues when Burners are started. Be sure to remove ALL blue packing tape on items and turn the burner holders the right way to ensure heating quicker
