Excellent powder and a must buy
The quality is brilliant. There’s no taste to it. I put it in my tea or coffee and I also give the cats some.

Only just started taking this but the key points are: Sleep: definitely noticed a sedative effect. I started feeling sleepy a couple of hours before I usually would after taking 3g in water. Taste: neutral in water. I expected it to be bitter but I really couldn't taste anything. Bonus Tips I'd have given this product 5 stars if it came with a scoop to measure how much you're getting but as it doesn't, I thought it would be helpful to let you know that 3g = 3 quarters of a teaspoon. The powder doesn't dissolve straight away, I made mine in a cocktail shaker.

Good taurine
I use for me and my cats. I just give them about a quarter of a teaspoon daily in their food as I know some cat food does not provide sufficient taurine. I pop some in a drink for myself an hour before bed.

Great value. Bin the included scoop.
I checked the research on taurine supplementation and it seemed worth trying. This bag will last you 200 days @ 5g a day. I sleep like a log. Note that taurine, although an ingredient in energy drinks, is not a stimulant. This is my second order. One point to note. It was going down much quicker than I anticipated. I then weighed the amount scooped up in the included scoop - 10g. Three times their recommendation, twice what I wanted. Do NOT use the included scoop. Use proper measuring spoons.

There is no scoop, so hard to measure or approximately guess what 1 gram is. Have not reviewed product yet

Good for aging men
As us men age, there is a reduction in Taurine levels which have many benefits. This supplement is tasteless and easy to mix in with oats, tea, smoothies and more. I feel great and hope you notice the difference as well. Great pre and during exercise supplement but beneficial any time of the day. Highly recommended.
