Shoulder strap ripped off (and ripped the bag) on first use
The shoulder strap ripped off the first time I used it, tearing not only the canvas strap itself but the material of the bag itself and breaking one of the zippers. It's a shame, because I otherwise liked the size and appearance of the bag, and aside from that it felt like decent quality for the price. updated from 1 to 3 stars because the sellers saw my problem and offered a full refund. Maybe it was a one-off.
