I mean, they are balloons.
They did what they were supposed to do. I put air in them, they inflated, didn't explode, survived a trip in the car to final destination. I wasn't in love with the price, but it was last minute so I was stuck between a balloon and a hard place. Also for better results, use helium. I didn't. Don't be me.

Perfect balloons
I bought these balloons for my daughters 16 bday. and they were very nice. Had to get them blown up at grocery store. They stayed inflated for a month. lol she loved it! Great for the price.

Broken seam
We got two different numbers for a birthday. One number was great. The other number has a seam that was open. We tried everything we could think of to seal it and wouldn’t work. Disappointing since we put them up the day of the party and had no way to replace it last minute.
