Great pot, expensive but takes your cooking to another level. Great for searing meat and then slow cooking in the oven. The 34 cm creuset pot just about fits in what I would call a normal size oven, but have to angle it in.

Qualität auf dem Herd
Töpfe von le Creuset sind kein billiges Vergnügen. Aber wir hatten einen in unserer französischen Ferienwohnung und waren sehr beeindruckt, so dass wir uns schließlich auch einen gekauft haben. Man muss sich an das Gewicht ebenso gewöhnen wie an die Tatsache, dass das Kochgut schneller anbrät, aber wenn man das berücksichtigt und gerade zu Anfang etwas mehr aufpasst, hat man das schnell im Griff und wird mit guten Ergebnissen belohnt. Außerdem ist der Topf sehr schön (wir haben die graue Version) und darf deshalb auch mal auf dem Tisch stehen.

Ela é linda e atende ao requisito de se ter uma panela esmaltada robusta, que segura o calor. Pesada pra lavar, mas não há como ter uma panela de ferro que seja leve, né?
