A size 8 is always too small for me but a 9 too big so it was nice to be able to buy a size 8.5. The quality is really good and even though they feel very lightweight, they still feel like a sturdy shoe. The sole of the shoe is extra comfy and they are supportive.They look really good and go nice with leggings. Would definitely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable warm weather walking shoes *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 July 2024* I liked these so much, I bought a second pair!Having a medium width foot but with a bunion on the right one, sometimes comfortable footwear is hard to find. These, however, are perfect. Normally a size 6 in normal shoes and, for reference, 6.5 in Merrell walking footwear, I found the 7 the best fit for me in these Columbias. They're not waterproof but consequently light and breathable which is just what I wanted for warm weather hiking. The grip on them is excellent for this purpose. I have them in light beige with coral and mint green; both attractive looking without being too lurid. I have fairly wide feet and there is plenty of width across the bunion area. They feel secure and comfortable, I hike in them over wet grass, wet slate pavement and along slippy causeways by the harbour.
