So this was my first time using this, and I have to admit I was sceptical. There was no issues with the delivery as it we super quick, I was like I say very sceptical about the hype surrounding Shilajit but have to admit it is all true. I never bothered with the small dose as I thought in for a penny in for a pound and just went for it, their was no sickness as some people said they experienced to be honest nothing noticeable for a few days but then I noticed that I’m able to think clearly I have an endless energy and I wake up and feel ready to take on the day with zero brain fog, as a man in my 50s I also noticed my sex drive has improved too I’m impressed by just how good I actually feel and I will definitely be buying this on a regular basis.

Started my Shilajit journey with my partner and honestly the best decision. This product is great quality and I've noticed a change in my overall energy and even noticed myself slowly loosing weight. I tried it before bed & I had the best sleep, i also love the energy boost it gives me when taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, I recommend testing when suits you best. Lastly I love that you get 2 jars great value for money.

Works like a treat

Very sceptical about these sort of products at times, but always willing to try something new. My sleep was poor and my energy was low, I grabbed a few supplements to try and fix this and shilajit was one of them. I noticed that I wasn’t as tired, I had more energy and a bit more drive than usual. The difference was very noticeable! I stopped taking this for a while and whilst I did I noticed I was back to feeling lethargic, tired and lazy. It dissolves very easily in my morning coffee, all in all was great and would buy again!

Like most people I took this as a gimic but actually I was really surprised at the result. I felt more alert, had more energy and able to focus. I recommend this product. Take it with a Coffee in the morningm you will start to notice changes within 48hrs

Great product i feel as though Im noticing improvements

I have had a few raw Shilajit samples bought off Amazon and the only one that has worked in strengthening my immunity system is the Himalayan Shilajit. After taking it for about a month or two, I noticed an improvement in my digestion, energy and sleep quality. The fact that it comes in a decent size container means it will last easily for more than a month is a plus because you can tell if this is truly working or not. Great price good quality!

Its seems to work wonders for me but the only thing that concerns me is it has no COA to say its been lab tested and is all legit resin. Just hope its not got anything else in it that could cause me any further health problems..
