The Real Deal... Even for Power Users
This phone is NOT a gimmick or a toy... it is the real deal, just in a much smaller package than the standard movie-theater-screen-size' phones of the day [think old flip-phone size with best contemporary smartphone feature set]. I am a business owner and a 'power user' of my devices, requiring much more in the way of performance/feature set than simply doom-scrolling IG/FB or vanity texting. Just returned from a week-long business trip and was amazed how competent and convenient this phone is. Yes, it is small [almost unbelievably so, when you first take it out of the box], but I was surprised how quickly I grew comfortable with viewing on the very small screen [resolution/brightness/clarify is stellar] and even ACCURATELY texting on the micro keypad [the voice to text feature is a blessing, alternatively]... and at 6'3" I have pretty big hands/thumbs, and at 60, modest eyesight. It is about 50% thicker than a typical smartphone but that turned out to be a good thing, making it fit in your hand very comfortably/controllably when using it [it doesn't feel 'big' in your pocket... I actually had to check to make sure I had it in my pocket it is so unobtrusive]. With Android 13, biometric security [fingerprint AND facial recognition both work brilliantly], NFC, great cellular connectivity, 8 GB RAM/256 GB of built-in storage, dual global/LTE nano SIM slots [second slot can be used for either second SIM card or micro SD card, acceptable 4G mobile data speed [honesty, I didn't even think about the data speed when using it in any situation] and a 2,000 mAh battery [seriously, more than plenty to use the phone all day without concern] and recharges UNBELIEVABLY fast [like, '20 minutes' fast], a L-O-U-D ringer/speaker [scary loud], Gorilla glass buttery smooth, uber-responsive screen, its bulletproof performance and first-tier feature set really belies its size. Call quality [both directions] was loud and crystal clear. I even very comfortably watched a movie with it on the plane. Again, it is NOT a toy... it is a pocket-size warrior that does what it was intended to do brilliantly. It was refreshing not to have an electronic cinder block in my pocket the entire trip. Honestly, I just can't see myself returning to a standard 6"-screen device again. And for a little over $200, it is a bargain. My Apple 15 iPhone snobby wife was even impressed with it and she HATES tech in general, especially anything to do with Android. Also, EVERYONE I ran across on my trip was mesmerized by its size... from business associates to the gate agent boarding me with an airline app... it was like walking a Great Dane through the park... it caught everyone's attention and they instantly 'got it' regarding its compactness. Don't worry/bother with an aftermarket case... the little rubbery case it comes with is durable, grippy [without attracting lint/dirt] and feels good/controllable in the hand. I turned off the gimmicky/overblown LED lights on the back of the phone. Get it! Seriously, give it a week [or two] and you will never go back to a overkill 6"-screen smartphone. UPDATE: 6 months in now with this phone. I absolutely LOVE it. I could not return to the monster 6" smart phone again. Seriously, give it a try, give it a few months and you will be sold.

Big things come in small packages
I could sing this things praises for days. It's actually crazy how much this phone does in such a small package. If you're not interested in a flashy camera or playing games, this phone will do absolutely everything you need it to and more. This thing turns heads. It's a total novelty, so if you go ANYWHERE with it and use it for tap-to-pay, everyone asks about it. If you hate attention and repeating yourself nearly everywhere you go so you may love that or hate it. The fingerprint scanner was a little finicky. I had to be right on the money with it or it would fail, but the face recognition was on point so I rarely had to use the scanner. I must have dropped it so much it thought it was part hacky-sack, but it still runs like new. I will admit, the battery life is... very poor. I have the eufy app on mine and lord knows what a power drain that app is even in sleep mode. Assuming I didn't have too many background apps running, a full charge could keep it going the 16 hours I needed it, but if you install a juice hog of an app, prepare to charge twice a day. That said, the thing charges 0-80% in, like, 30 minutes if you have a good charger, so it's not that big of a deal in my opinion. Plus, unlike with most phones, extra battery packs go REEEAAALLLYYY far with this thing, which is great for something like camping where you're not going to have an outlet near you for a weekend! My pro tip? Use swipe-to-type and this thing gets so much easier. I was really trying to tap away on the tiny screen with ever message and fat-fingering 10 of the keys at once. Swipe-to-type brought my words-per-minute close to what it was on my old iPhone 12 mini. My only complaint isn't with the phone, but with cell providers. The only provider I could find that it worked for was Mint Mobile. I don't dislike mint. They're a fine company. It's just that having options would be really nice.

I’m very happy with this phone! At first, I was hesitant to use it as my primary device and always carried a full-sized smartphone with me when leaving the house. However, it has proven to be a great phone, and it’s now my main smartphone. Because of its small size, I’m much less likely to spend excessive time browsing the web, which was exactly what I hoped for when choosing this model. That said, it includes all the essential features I missed in basic phones. There’s no 5G, but in a city with good coverage, I don’t notice any difference. The camera isn’t great, but it works fine for documenting something or making video calls. The keyboard is very small, but since I have small hands, I got used to it quickly. Swiping to type without lifting my finger makes it much more convenient on such a tiny keyboard. All the drawbacks come from the challenge of fitting full smartphone functionality into such a compact device, but for me, these small inconveniences are worth it. Holding this phone feels great, it fits into all pockets—even those in women's clothing (if you know, you know!), and call quality is good on both ends. I also love that it comes with a loop for holding and has a dedicated attachment point on the case—sure, you can buy such accessories separately, but having one included is a nice touch. I really hope Unihertz continues making similar models, even if they remain a niche product.

I only use the phone for listening to music whilst running. Despite its small screen, apps like apple music work perfectly. Also the addition of NFC means i can leave my wallet at home. Also a great phone to disconnect from social media and youtube and other addictive apps. Camera is definitely average at best and I wouldn’t be able to use this as my main phone. But i think many will see specific scenarios where this phone will useful to them and for them i recommend it fully.

Don’t let the size of this phone fool you. It is a powerhouse. I use this as my mp3 player and what a player it is !! The speakers are very clear and loud. I will sincerely recommend this amazing phone to all.
