It does what it says- charges fast! The phone was down to 12%. I left it on, put it on powersave mode, when I plugged it in it said it would reach 100% in 1 hour 15 minutes. That's pretty quick to me for a Samsung Galaxy with an almost dead, 5000mah battery (read large). It feels very solid as well. I'm not the least bit concerned with any kind of heat, which is sometimes typical depending on the load anyway. I'll probably get another one down the road.

Super happy to get an original Samsung base. I don't know why they stop adding it to our phone boxes when you buy a new 1000 USD phone.Plus I got it a little cheap with buying a fairly used one.I have suffered with slow charging and hot phones for to long with the phone taking forever to charge.I bought this with a "15FT 60W USB C to USB C Cable". My S24+ now charges not only fast but super fast...

I thought the charger failed mid charge, just to find out it was the Anker cable. I should've stuck with Samsung. I learned my lesson and will not purchase Anker products. Samsung isn't perfect, but it definitely a superior product.

It's a charger. Charging time seems more dependent on the phone or tablet than the charger.
