Worked only for few months and no return policy
It stopped working and there is no option for exchange

Promised 1000 ft works barey up to 40-50 feet.
Package arrived before I was promised, so it was great. The product says the range of 1000 ft and it barely covers 40 feet. I could imagine that 1000 ft can be 200 ft in real world but 40?

Does the job but really bad camera Quality. Return process complicated and unfair.

Very Low range
The range on this device is not more than 40 to 50 feet. Easy to use , but after a few steps out of my apartment it looses signal.

Not suitable for India
Plugs are suitable only for US and Canada. You'll have to buy an adaptor if want to use in India.

Good quality and great support
Great product, the camera and monitor are easy to use and provides a clear image as well. The handheld monitor is very useful for carrying around while doing chores and keeping an eye on baby. I did initially receive a defective item where the monitor battery would die unless plugged in only after 3 months of purchase, however after contacting support the team was able to resolve my issue quickly!

Reliable and handy monitor, great customer service
A great, affordable option for a non-wifi baby camera. We found this baby monitor met all of our needs, was simple to set up and operate, and had a great range (we live in a three-storey townhouse and we have signal to the top floor even from outside the house). It has a handy mic when we need it and can play some lullabies which has helped settle our little one when we can’t get to the room quickly. Also need to highlight the excellent customer service - about a year after purchasing it, the monitor suddenly stopped connecting to the camera. I contacted HelloBaby’s customer service, who were very quick to reply with troubleshooting guidance, and sent a replacement free of charge within days of me reaching out. Really appreciated the stellar customer service to ensure we had a working product quickly!
