Good Fabric, not overly sticky
Good fabric quality. Not overly sticky, won't last long

Practical snow pant patches
These are fantastic for us, as patches on children’s snow pants. Easy to apply, and solid once on, material is as durable as we could hope for. The kids do eventually wear through the patches, but they stay stuck onto their pants, and removable to replace.

Avoid placing any patches on seams
I was disappointed my these patches, given the cost. First, you have to hand-cut everything unless you want to have a giant patch for a very small hole. It's definitely partly on me for not realizing this which I bought the patches, but given their different shapes, I didn't really think about it. The other main issue I have is that if you use a patch that crosses a seam, the patch will start to fray and come off much quicker than if you avoid crossing any seams. I do wish they would have informed me of this on the directions because it's caused me some issues with how my jacket looks, but unfortunately, there're nothing I can do about it now. They do seem to stick in place decently though.

Fixes Holes
If you use your gear, it’s going to get tears, snags and pin holes in them. I have a Gore-Tex packable rain suit I use for hunting & fishing. This tape fixes up any small holes I may get in my rain suit. The repair tape makes the damaged areas waterproof again and prevents any further tearing or widening of the holes. It is durable and stays on once applied. I use a low heat iron as suggested in the instructions and the patches go on easily. Definitely buy these repair patches if you want to extend the life of your expensive outdoor gear.

These saved my rain jacket!
I snagged the arm of my rain jacket on the door and it got a big rip in it. I used one of these patches to patch it up and it worked beautifully. I've since worn my rain jacket through many storms and it is 100% water proof, and the patch shows no signs of wearing out or lifting at the edges. It's kind of perfect! It's also extremely easy to put on. It's like a sticker, and you just place it over the hole. It takes 2 minutes and anyone could do it. I have a black rain jacket and I used the black patches. It blends in really well, and you can't tell there's a patch there. If you've got a different-colored jacket, it may be harder to get a patch that blends in so well.
