How do you adjust the size ?

The strap does adjust- just like any regular pair of goggles. It slides on the side. But what is great about these- once you find the size that works for your child, there is no readjusting!

Yes, they fit adult sizes. The goggle strap can be adjusted if needed. They typically fit from 3years old to adult. Thank you!

Are these adjustable?

Technically, yes. It is a strip of stretchy fabric and you can pull more through the attachment near the sides. Best for kids, it is a bit tight for me but perfect for my 9.5 yr old.
