A great addition to your daily routine
I started having trans-resveratrol NMN a few weeks ago and thought nothing more of it. Then, saw some old friends recently and they said how well I looked. Old cynic that I can be, I just thought that's nice, then started to realize that not only do I look better, I feel better - got more umph!

I’ve only just started taking these so not sure of the long term benefits yet. Pleasant citrus taste so could probably be sucked/chewed if you don’t like swallowing tablets

I've been taking these for a 3 months now and I'm questioning whether or not I've been duped! I understand some supplements take up to 3 months to work but I'm seeing no difference in my energy levels or skin condition!
