I bought this for my physical therapy at home. They used this where I went to therapy and so I bought one for home. Great to have and great price.

This Shoulder Pulley does work. However, I prefer the non-adjustable handle type with the plastic pulley roller after trying this one. The metal pulley make noise and it is easier for me between stretches to wrap the excess length around the handle, gripped by my hand because the length needed changes with each stretch type.

Its perfect I was paying pretty good amount of money to go to rehab, I couldn't move my arms but when I saw this product I didn't thing twice I got em ND I steel use them.

This thing. Let me tell ya. I still use it for the stretch. I severed my humeral head and ended up with 9 screws and a plate holding my arm together. The rehab was intense and awful. This thing was in integral part of the process, without which my range of motion would not be what it is today. Highly, highly, hiiigghhllyyyy recommend. It's easy to use, small so I can tuck it away and come on anything to be finished with PT faster am I right?!

This pulley system, while it functions as described, is very complicated when it comes to adjusting the length for different uses. The foam grips are not nearly as comfortable or of the quality that I expected. And, you’re right, this system did not cost very much; however, regardless of the price operation should be simple and the grips comfortable - there are cheaper ones out there that do fit the bill

Product was as described. My husband uses it for his PT and it works great. The handle grips on the last set of pulleys he had were a hard plastic and the way they were strung hurt his hands. With the padded grips and upside down “Y”design these are very comfortable for him to hold?

Recuperating from an extensive rotator cuff and bicep repair surgery is a lengthy process. This pulley system is the perfect adjunct to physical therapy visits. It works as well as the one at the rehab facility. This exercise has really helped with ROM. I recommend this product for anyone post surgical rotator cuff repair. Please be advised by the surgeon and therapist prior to using.
