Excellent substitute for sugar!
I had been using Splenda until I saw the recent studies that it can cause digestive problems. Upon further research it looks like all of the synthetic sugar substitutes cause some sort of problem or another. I decided to try this and I am very pleased. There is a very slight bitter aftertaste but I adapted to it after about a week of use and now don't notice it at all. It is much much sweeter than sugar, 1/8 tsp of monk fruit equals one teaspoon of sugar. So even though it is definitely pricier than sugar or splenda the bag goes a long long way! The bag is resealable so it doesn't need to be shifted to another container for storage. I'm extremely pleased with the monk fruit extract and will continue to use it!

Pure monk fruit powder, great sweetner
I’m diabetic so I need a good sweetner to use long term. I didn’t like what I had read about erythritol or allulose which are in most monk fruit products, and this doesn’t have any. I love the sweetening power of 1/8 to 1/16 teaspoon full to sweeten my morning collagen and protein powder smoothies, or a cup of tea or coffee. This amount in the bag lasts me for about 4 months. It does not clump and mixes in well. It does not affect my digestion the way some of the sugar alcohols do. It has no aftertaste.

Healthy and worth the price
Very sweet but just what I need as a healthy sweetener. You don't need much so be mindful and will also last a good while. This company make a quality product. I have purchased my own, a bag for my mom and one for a friend at my church.

Taste just like sugar when mixed with suntea!
I was searching for something healthier than sugar to make sweet tea as we drink a lot of sweet tea here in the south. This works perfectly! No one has noticed any change in the flavor of our home brewed sun tea! I followed the advice of another person's review. 1 tablespoon of Monk Fruit in 1 cup of boiling (or I just use very hot water), mix well. Then add to 1 gallon of sun tea, stir and enjoy chilled! I had tried Stevia before and the left a off taste in the tea. This Monk Fruit sweetener does not. I will be putting this on subscription for sure. It is sugar-free, when mixed with hot water it will not clump. I am on my first bag and marking how many gallons I get from one bag. From what I am seeing, I may get even more from this 5oz bag then 4 pound bag of sugar.

Good for your body, Bad for your tastebuds.
I have been doing some serious research to find a sugar alternative that doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes! What I love is that it’s natural, doesn’t contain hidden fillers (like erythritol, like most), and has zero calories. I put the recommended amount in my iced coffee and found that there were initially some clumps but as I stirred it was essentially nonexistent. The taste is what I hated. I tried to get use to it but I decided to return it. It was very bitter to me and over powering considering it is much more potent than actual sugar. I attached a video so you can see how easily it dissolves in just water.

LOVE this Stuff!
I drink a lot of iced tea, I make it by the gallon using teabags from Ireland (bought on Amazon) Barry's Tea Master Blend. The Irish teabags hold more tea in them and it is a good black tea, strong. I need a strong tea as when I pour it over ice it gets diluted. However I like a sweet iced tea as well. I switched from sugar with peach syrup to Monk fruit with erythritol and peach syrup. Most monk fruit sold is a mix with something else, I used the mix with erythritol, but then I read an research article that says, watch out, erythritol thickens your blood and it stays in your body for a very very long time. So then I went on a search for pure monk fruit and tried Durelife pure monk fruit powder. I LOVE this stuff. What I do is make a syrup out of it, I use one tablespoon of Monk Fruit to one cup of boiling water. I mix a 4 cup syrup batch at a time, I use one cup in my gallon of iced tea and store the other three cups in a glass jar in the refrigerator. I add 2/3 of a cup of peach syrup to my brewed and cooled down (luke warm) with the 1 cup of Monk Fruit syrup and have a perfect low calorie gallon of iced tea. I find you need to let the brewed tea cool down to close to room temperature before adding the peach syrup or else the peach syrup flavor gets knocked out if you add it to hot tea. I know the peach syrup is adding glucose and calories but 2/3 of a cup in a gallon works down to not all that much in a glass and I so enjoy that peach flavor in my iced tea. I can't praise this product enough, it has really really improved my life. 1 Table spoon of this monk fruit powder mixed into a cup of boiling water, use a whisk to mix it throughly and boom you are done. It dissolves really well with a slight bit of whisking. Just a few strokes with the whisk and the powder fully dissolves into the boiling water. Although the price per bag seems pricey, one bag is going to last me a long long long time at one tablespoon for one cup of boiling water, so actually it is not all that expensive in the long run. I am picky, I do not like any other artificial sweeteners and I have tried them all. I LOVE Monk Fruit, it does not leave a bad taste in your mouth like the other ones do, because it is fruit it only leaves a very slight pleasant fruity flavor in your mouth. The after taste is very very very slight and I like it, it is fruity. Just a hint of fruit is how I would describe it. If my review is helpful consider leaving a thumbs up.

How Sweet do you want?
I use Monk fruit sugar from the health store but couldn't get there and as usual checked Amazon. This monk sugar is pure, Organic and labled 1:1 but it is far sweeter than that ratio. You will get a great deal whether you like ultra sweet or can figure out your perfect ratio. I'm still working on it.

Sweet and doesn’t raise your blood sugar!
I love this stuff!! Doesn’t taste funny and doesn’t hurt my belly. I use it coffee, to flavor my plain Greek yogurt, lemonade. Amazing! Mixes well in hot beverages and it takes time to dissolve in cold beverages but it’s no long maybe a few minutes.
