It works perfectly with chicken, especially when paired with a kebab spike that we also bought from Amazon. Add a squeeze of lemon, a splash of olive oil, a few generous tablespoons of this seasoning, and some Greek yoghurt for the ultimate marinade. It's perfect for your bbq or home oven and grill. My only gripe? It already contains salt. I prefer to control that myself when using rubs, but honestly, the flavour is so well balanced that I overlook it.
