This was a rush purchase for a wedding. It was poor quality and out of shape when it arrived

Great! used steamer to remove creases. I wore it to book signing of Leigh Dunlap"s thriller, BLESS YOUR HEART which a great book!!!

I read the reviews and picked up a few tips. It did not come in a small box, but there were a few wrinkles. I did as others did and used a damp paper towel on the creases. I set it on top of another hat to keep the shape. I wore it yesterday and got a lot of compliments. I am glad I chose this one.

I read other negative reviews but decided to try it anyway. I love this hat. It comes in a very small box but the hat doesn't look that bad straight out of the box. I just used my finger to wet the areas that needed reshaping and stuffed the crown with a large plastic bag. I dampened around the brim and flipped it up and then set the hat to air dry. The pictures are taken on 2 different days at different times so the color is more true on the "after" shot. I wore this to a community function and had good sun coverage without having heat generated under the hat and that is saying something here on the Gulf Coast. I received several compliments on the color, shape and design of this hat! ~David's Wife
