In my opinion, this product feels more like a marketing gimmick than a genuinely healthier alternative. Please don't be persuaded just because a celebrity's photo appears on the packaging. Celebrity endorsements are not evidence of a product's effectiveness. My experience was extremely disappointing. I found that my blood sugar spiked even more than it does with regular rice. The rice also cooked into a mushy texture, making it quite unappetizing. If your blood sugar remains under control after eating this rice, it may simply be because you're eating a much smaller portion, not because the rice itself has any special sugar-controlling properties. As someone looking for healthier options, I felt misled by the marketing. I would encourage anyone considering this product to evaluate it carefully and monitor their own blood sugar rather than relying on advertising or celebrity endorsements.

Best for diabetics and people who suffer in health
I have people in my family who are diabetic and so I found this sugar control rice and I wanted to get it for my elders for their better health. It absolutely taste just like normal rice, it’s fresh, it’s healthy plus the quantity of the rice is amazing too as compared to the value. I will definitely be suggesting this one to people who go through diabetes and other health disorders because this is way to healthy living.
