4x times better than the metal versions (all variants!) - this FAR EXCEEDS each and every one of the metal one's by a significant amount!..These one's actually have the most efficient AND effective brush + scraper (semi-sharp silicone brush with a large amount of little silicone bristles & thick silicone scraper at the tip).Immediately, within the first few seconds, these perform incredibly well at legitimately cleaning the ENTIRE tongues' surface (and all it's tiny grooves!).I was so surprised by how perfectly these work!.. I wish I had always had them!Using a toothbrush to clean your tongue is more effective than using any type of metal tongue scrapers (I still have every single shape/design), but these silicone tongue brushes + scrapers are far superior to every single other variation!And, they do NOT cause bleeding, nor do they hurt, or need to be used carefully so as to avoid damage... they are perfect and can be used without issues and produce immediate results!My tongue was completely cleaned within about 10 seconds; you brush the entire surface and use the tip to drag along the tongue, from back to front, to remove any debris, and then go back over each spot + sides and repeat the scraping process - totally pain-free and properly deep-cleans the tongue entirely!The size is perfect - not too small, nor too big, the brush-pad is of reasonable size to accommodate all sizes, ages & sensitivities, it provides a thorough cleaning rather than scraping layers of tongue off (like the metal scrapers) and only spreading the debris across it until it bleeds and is still covered in debris (and the metal ones don't have a brush, so they don't actually clean, just scrape/spread the top layers without removing debris from the tiny grooves in the tongue!).I absolutely 100% recommend this - it is a life-saver, especially during multiple oral surgeries that prevent me from being able to clean my mouth properly (only different special mouthwashes), so now my mouth feels 10x times cleaner since swapping to these that ACTUALLY clean it!I will NEVER use those stupid, useless metal ones ever again! My tongue was very coated after having some dental work done. Was told not brush the teeth on one side of my mouth at the top for a short period. Needed to do something so ordered these. They work brilliantly and am well impressed. It was almost unbelievable what came away in the beginning and had to keep rinsing it. Much quicker now and only need to rinse it once on finishing. Also helped a lot with the bad breath so definitely recommend.

Work very well and good value for money

First time using a tongue scraper, and I’ll be honest, it’s not the most comfortable experience at the beginning. It feels a bit awkward, especially towards the back of the tongue.That said, it does make your mouth feel noticeably cleaner afterwards. Probably something that improves with regular use and better technique.
