Easy to put together, good quality, comfortable, easy adjust height and angle of back. Look like a good value office chair on first impression.

Comfy Chair easy to put together, but the arm supports aren't the best could do with more padding out in all honesty so that's a pet down

I have back problems and spend more time than I'd like at the PC. It arrived yesterday, easy to build and feels sturdy(I am quite heavy). It's so comfortable for me, I like that it's fabric as I don't like the feeling of the faux leather chairs and other "sticky" materials. I am beyond impressed with this chair for it's price and style. Would recommend.

Great chair. Easy to assemble. Using everyday for work from home and so far so good! Very comfy and can notice a difference in my back. No pain since buying this chair!

For the price I was concerned that this would be a bad choice on my part, but given that you can pay hundreds for very similar looking chairs, and that there was a discount voucher on the chair when I bought it (not sure if there still is), it seemed a risk worth taking. Im very glad that I did. This is a very smart chair, looks a lot more expensive than it was. It's comfortable, fully adjustable and was easy to assemble. Has made my home office much more functional, would whole heartedly recommend.

Great chair very comfy but had to straighten up the seat bracket as it was not level . After that all good and very tough

The chair, once assembled, seemed a little uncomfortable. There's no suspension in the seat and it's not well padded. Feels like you're sitting on a bench. After only two months of using the seat, I sat upon it one day and heard a loud crack. I couldn't find any visible broken parts and all the fixtures were still in place but the seat pan was tilting forward and a different angle. It seems that the base of the seat is made of chipboard or MDF and it has snapped across the middle. The seat is described as a heavy duty office chair but it's clearly not fit for purpose (i.e. sitting upon). Amazon tells me that I'm now outside the window of time for a refund so I have attempted to contact the seller. You really would expect a chair at this price to last more than 3 months. If the issue is resolved I will amend my review to reflect the seller's responsiveness. Regrettably I suspect I will be forced to buy a new chair. Don't waste your money on this product, please.
