By time I noticed that the capacity of the power bank for sure is not 20000mAh! Charging my phone up to 50% or 60% is draining more than 50% of the power bank capacity! The charging speed is awesome but there is a big concern regarding the capacity. Maybe I received a defected device, but unfortunately I don't know how to complain regarding this defect!

There was a problem with the product as it was not getting charged. After addressing the issue, UGREEN customer service provided appropriate solution. Extremely helpful customer service and super quick support was received. Highly appreciate the best customer support from UGREEN. It is just excellent and I am fully satisfied. Thank you.

this power bank is great one it wont let you down ,,fast charging and long lasting saving the power --you need the original charging wire

The plastic of which it made feels so cheap! It is very thin and doesn't feel solid at all. It feels like it will go apart after the first drop. The soft bag is 1,5 times bigger than the battery and also doesn't say anything about the product quality. The only good thing about this power bank is the battery capacity - nothing special at all. Expected more for this price. I can recommend it only if you don't mind about the quality of the things you will use and the only thing that is important for you is the actual use of this tool.

J'ai des batteries externes mais celle là est de loin la meilleure. Je l'utilise pour ma ROG Ally et franchement elle dépote. Avec ses 100W, elle fait tourner ma machine à pleine puissance et la recharge en jeu en prime. De plus, en faisant un appui long sur l'unique bouton à côté de l'écran, elle passe en mode charge d'entretien, utile pour les petits appareils nécesitant une charge quotidienne comme les montres ou les écouteurs. Avec ses 3 sorties (1 USB A et 2 USB-C) on peut recharger 3 appareils en même temps. Très pratique donc.

Brilliant Power Bank which, unlike others I have bought previously, actually powers up my laptop as well as my phones. It is compact, reliable and very fast to charge and discharge. Very worthwhile and I would definitely recommend this one.
