I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these mouth tapes. The material feels soft and breathable, and the construction is clearly well thought out — they’re durable enough to last through the night without being bulky or uncomfortable. The fit is just right; they cover the mouth securely without being too large or overwhelming, and the shape allows for natural movement and comfort while sleeping. They’ve definitely helped reduce snoring. I noticed a difference after just a few nights of use — less waking up with a dry mouth and more consistent nasal breathing, which has made my sleep feel deeper and more restful. Comfort-wise, they’re far better than I expected. The fabric is light, and I barely notice it once it’s on. The adhesive is gentle but effective. It sticks well through the night without peeling, but removes easily in the morning without leaving residue or irritating the skin. I’ve had no issues with it losing grip or becoming uncomfortable. These tapes are brilliant. They stay in place all night and having a nasal mask for sleep apnea, I find they are perfect for me, being a mouth breather, it allows me to only to breath through my nose. The only thing I will say, they are super sticky and removing them on a morning isnt easy. They feel glued in place and its not a pleasant experience, peeling them off. I do have sensive skin, so I put this down to my skin type. They dont leave residue or any marks on my skin, however, Ive only used them for 2 nights so far.

These work great. Before using I found I needed water by my bed as I would wake up with a very dry mouth. Not any more these work great. I feel I am sleeping better. They stick quite well but not so much thar they are too difficult to take off.

Definitely made a difference with partners snoring. However, be warned glue is super strong and after a week of using it removed a lot of skin as well!

A friend suggested I try sleep strips and thought why not, though I was a skeptic of how well they would work. Best nights sleep when I use these. Good size for covering the whole mouth,, however, I couldn't put a whole strip on so cut them up into smaller strips and still works. I would panic if I couldn't breathe. Adhesion is good and easily removed / applied. These are the first strips I've ever tried and they are good quality. Great sleep and less tired since using them.

Ordered multiple times, high quality product. Sticks well yet never irritates skin. Like the colour. Price is fair. Packaging is quality. Don’t waste your money on the famous mouth tape at three times the price

This tape holds the mouth perfectly closed and is far more effective than other types of solutions like chin straps. As a CPAP user, using this tape in combination with a nasal mask has brought my AHI down to very low numbers. Very pleased! Edit: had to edit my review after buying 2 new packs recently. They seem to have changed the stickiness such that it's too sticky, annoying to remove and leaves sticky residue on the face

I was keen to try these as I’ve read a lot about the benefits of nasal breathing on sleep. However my partner delivered the verdict that these didn’t work! I still snored. They also gave me really weird dreams but that might be unrelated! 😬
