Well, what can I say? I am a gadget fiend and simply love this new toy! It has made life so much easier and I no longer have to get the Dyson out to vac the floor first. We have a dog and two cats and 3 very lovely but dirty men in this house (ok ok, they come in with dirty feet and clothes before you say anything ;-) ha ha ) I can not believe how much dirt this vac mop has picked up, as I have been convinced for a long time now that all my standard mop does is sweep wet mud around the floor... well it must be surely? I really did consider one of the new mop buckets that separated clean from dirty water, but when I saw this it was a game changer! Very easy to use... works brilliantly... very easy to fill and clean out too, and then, the magic happens. It cleans and dries the roller for you! Of course there is residue on the floor when it has cleaned but not as much as when you have mopped with a regular mop and bucket. Others have I believe been unimpressed with the fact it does not leave the floor bone dry, but how on earth could it? It is a mop after all. It does not put lots of water over your floor, and it did not clean up dried shoe polish one of my (not so clean) men decided to spill and leave on it, but then again a regular mop wouldn't have done either. Just use your common sense and don't expect more from it than you would a mop in that respect. The cleaning solution that came with it does not smell at all and it would be nice to get a scented one that leaves the kitchen fragrant... the leaflets say you need to use the manufacturers own, but I would like to give a generic one a try that you can also buy on here... would be great to hear if others have used it too? But in all... I really do like this gadget.. I think I may even give the dyson a heave ho.. they, i dont think are all they are cracked up to be for value against the pound.... I am now trying to convince my son he NEEDS one in his life!

It's only good as a duster like those spray and go mops where they have a wet wipe at the end of a stick. It's not suitable for actual dirty floors or cleaning up spills as it just pushes the water away from the machine instead of sucking it up. I had a Tineco for a year or more prior to this one, which stopped working after almost a year and Tineco wouldn't replace it because they didn't have the same model to replace it with (that's because they keep throwing out new models), so I did so much research into other brands, including watching many YouTube videos like vacuum wars. This is just one of those products that seem to work well at first when you test it out, but when used for actual dirty floors and large amounts of liquids it can't handle it. The first one I bought was faulty, it did what other people experienced where the pump wasn't working so it said please fill the clean water tank, so I sent it back and bought another. This one seems like it's working well by collecting dirty water, but it's only good for small amounts of dirt for a short period, once the roller is wet after a longer period of use it stops collecting. It's as if if the sensors get dirty so it thinks the tank is full or near full, or a little bit of fur by the roller stops the water getting sucked up. However, I have included a video where the floor was clean and I was just trying to suck up a puddle of dog wee and it just pushes it away, even when I'm going very slowly. I'm sick of trying these hardfloor cleaners out. The first one I had was the Bissell crosswave, but the tube of that one eventually cracked and became useless (a common fault due to cheap parts).

This is by far the best piece of cleaning equipment I have ever bought. It saves me so much time whilst actually cleaning. My robot vac - binned, my downstairs Dyson - that is now in the garage. This cleans everything, everywhere. On a single charge I do all of downstairs in a 5 bed detached house, and the 2 upstairs bathrooms. I have to empty the tank about 3 times per clean, but that takes seconds and it is mostly down to me using other cleaning products in it that froth up and make the tank think it's full before it is. I have cats, dogs, kids and this machine deals with everything, muddy paw prints, cat litter, dropped dinner, hair, drinks, everything. Does leave a little gap around the outside next to kitchen island, skirting etc, which I just go over with a cloth. It uses clean water constantly, so unlike mopping, I am no longer just dragging dirty water around my floors. It isn't perfect. I do find that it leaves streak marks from the inner makings of the roller, however I am more than happy to live with that, knowing my floors are clean and I can just give it a quick once over with the spray mop if I want to add a shine and get rid of the smears. Will be buying another one, if this ever gives up.

Update: I originally had a problem with this machine as it repeatedly clogged during normal household use, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. However, I contacted Dreame aftersales support and they dealt with my complaint politely and professionally. Although I was disappointed with the issue I experienced with the product, I appreciate the customer service and the way the aftersales team handled the matter. WOW I don’t know how I survived without this amazing machine. Mopping floors is the most tedious household task out of all of them. I have tiled floors through the ground floor of my home, so filling the bucket, carrying the bucket and emptying the damn bucket is a logistical nightmare for me every day. Until Now, this magical gadget is a total game changer. One tank does my whole house and leaves it smelling so fresh and clean. The depth of cleaning is second to nothing I have ever used before -vileda super mop, flash speed mop, spinning mop, magic mop BE GONE I have tried them all and nothing compares to this beautiful creation. It mops it sucks it dries in super quick time and it even cleans itself !!! I’ve even bought one for my daughter as she’s pregnant and it saves her back. Unfortunately My clean water tank was leaking and I rang the supplier and they were brilliant and sent me a new one straight away. Full marks for design, functionality and ease of use for anyone even if you’re disabled you can use it with ease. It has a two year warranty too RESULT ** update*** Had this product just over a year and the clean water tank started leaking everywhere AGAIN! I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement free of charge under the two year warranty. ALAS I am still waiting for this 5 weeks later, several phone calls and back and forth emails and still waiting. The customer service for this company is awful, promises and lies is all I have had from them. Total BS stories blaming other departments but the service is a complete failure. I have been without a working machine for 5 weeks and it’s simply not good enough. Despicable customer support and zero concern for the customer. Great machine but Jesus Christ if it fails you’re fooked!!! ***Update Having got back in touch with Amazon they accepted the machine back in November and sent me a new machine. **Another update** July 2026 6 months on the new machine has failed and there was no water being dispensed to the brush head!! I was told to return it for repairs to SBE Ltd which does the warranty repairs for Dreame apparently. So I sent it off well packaged, with a note to say exactly what’s wrong and received it back today and it’s completely BROKEN !!!! The audible voice prompts no longer work The mode settings no longer work The suction mode has completely disappeared off the display I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed that a recognised repair centre has failed to carry out a proper test of the machine before sending it back to me. I’ve also noticed that what was once deemed 5 star rated in the reviews has depleted to a measly 3.7 stars with a notice on the order page saying “this item is frequently returned” I have been pushed from pillar to post and had the complete run around and no one is taking ownership of this massive problem. My machine is 100% not fit for purpose and I’m currently on the phone to Amazon for a refund as I have zero faith in the product having had two machines fail in a year!!! Sorry for the lengthy review but you need to avoid this product, I’m gutted as it seemed to be fabulous initially but it’s really not..

I saw this product and liked the promo video. It states it’s edge to edge - even though most cleaners like this won’t be able to to reach the edge due to their design, this one removed the edging of the side of the cleaner so the roller can reach further. It still is not quite edge to edge though. Meaning that a cloth or other way to clean the edges would still be needed. They provide a cleaning solution to use with the cleaner and say don’t use anything else. Advising you the measure of this liquid to put in the clean water tank. All I can say is that this cleaner gets a thumbs down from me. Doesn’t really have a scent and cleaning power on the low end of the scale. They have an Ultra Mode, and a count down of when you can use this, which makes it seem exciting like something amazing is going to happen. For light to medium things to clean up on this mode is ok, but anything heavy or a lot the cleaner struggles with. Which in the promo and the Amazon advert, it says that things will be easily cleaned. You will find the cleaner spitting things back out from the front and you have to go over it quite a few times to get it cleaned properly. Anything that has been on the floor for a longer period of time would require something else to clean it up, you can not rely on this product to do the job. It says it cleans and drys the floor as you go, but literally the small amount of liquid that goes onto the floors dries quickly on its own. The dirty tank has a max line limit, however I found that I had to empty the cleaner 4 times and only a quarter of the tank had been filled which was quite annoying as I would have to clean the whole cleaner. What is also annoying that when you come to the end of a clean, you can’t wash the part where the roller is. Which tends to gets dirty and blocked quite quickly and often. Can be tricky to clean it without water involved. Amazon advert said it’s light weight and easy to move around. For someone who suffers with pain issues ‘lightweight’ is a word I hear a lot. This is not lightweight, it’s quite a unit to light around. I like that when it’s on it pulls forward on its own, but you have to fight on the backwards movement. I have used the cleaner multiple times now and the charge lasts around 20 minutes which is a pain as I don’t finish the house in this time and have to go over areas multiple times for a clean that I am satisfied with. Moving around the home with the cleaner is good if there is no obstacles, this cleaners maneuverability is rigid and inflexible. It says it charges quickly but, I had to wait over half a day for a full charge. The self clean function is very noisy and takes around an hour. I don’t know what it was cleaning as I had to remove the roller and clean it myself as it was still dirty. If I had a product that had the problems as above, I would not call it Dreame.

Amazing, I don’t know how I ever managed without this. It’s totally changed my attitude to cleaning. If like me using a mop or steamer, I hate having to clean them afterwards. Trying various methods such as using a wash cycle or hand washing then waiting for them to dry. So I looked for something that wouldn’t have to do that after. This is amazing, because no longer do I have to wash up after it, I don’t have to vacuum clean then mop the floor and also then get a carpet cleaner out. All I have to use now is my new dreame H13 wet dry vac. Honestly my floors are shiny, wood or tiles with no residue or fine dust particles. I actually enjoy cleaning again! Brilliant brilliant, brilliant. Best buy ever! And believe me I’ve bought shark, Dyson and a whole load of in between. Nothing has ever done what this has for my home and floors!

Arrived broken and completely useless. Not dispersing water, unable to recognize clean water tank present or filled up. "Please fill clean water tank" message. Looks like some king of faulty sensor. Tried everything trying to make it work, no use. Very common fault with this model. Beware, save your money buy a better product.

Amazing product, works great and leave a beautiful smell without streaks. Its just a little heavy so after 5-10 min your arm starts to hurt

I was excited to try the Dreame H12 Pro after reading many positive reviews. The design looks sleek, the features are promising, and setup was easy. Unfortunately, my brand-new unit had a major issue right out of the box. The vacuum constantly showed a “Fill Clean Water Tank” error even though the tank was completely full. I followed all troubleshooting steps (reseating the tank, cleaning sensors, priming, checking the valve), and while the valve drips correctly, the machine does not eject water at all. This means the problem is inside the main unit, likely the pump or sensor. For such a premium product, this is very disappointing. I expected reliable quality at this price point. I am now forced to return it.

I had high hopes for the Dreame H12 Pro, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received was damaged right out of the box, with a non-functional water pump. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I opted for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better; the brush stopped working after just a few uses. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and performance of this product. I would not recommend purchasing the Dreame H12 Pro. Save yourself the hassle and money by looking elsewhere.
