After several months, I can't say whether my cognitive abilities have improved or not, and if so, whether this is due to lion's mane. During this time, I memorised more pieces of music and significantly improved my playing on a musical instrument, somewhat more than previously. Did the lion's mane powder help? As most available information on effectiveness states: It may help (or not). In my experience, digestibility is very good, although I did notice a slight stomach reaction initially. After ordering several batches over time, the consistency, colour, taste, and solubility vary slightly. Overall, the taste is mild and mushroomy; the solubility is good; I haven't noticed any negative side effects.
