I’ve tried a few lions mane supplements. So far this one seems to be making a difference. I’ve been adding to my morning coffee. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my focus

Based on the positive results of scientific empirical research on mice, which apparently navigated the maze faster after ingesting lion's mane powder, I conducted a prolonged self-experiment, hoping that what's good for mice might also be good for humans. After several months, I can't say whether my cognitive abilities have improved or not, and if so, whether this is due to lion's mane. During this time, I memorised more pieces of music and significantly improved my playing on a musical instrument, somewhat more than previously. Did the lion's mane powder help? As most available information on effectiveness states: It may help (or not). In my experience, digestibility is very good, although I did notice a slight stomach reaction initially. After ordering several batches over time, the consistency, colour, taste, and solubility vary slightly. Overall, the taste is mild and mushroomy; the solubility is good; I haven't noticed any negative side effects. Whether my personal positive experience is due to a placebo effect or lion's mane's effectiveness is hard to say, but in comparison to other similar self experiments I conducted with other traditional and natural supplements I tend to rate this as more effective than others.

Nice consistency of powder and easy to use. It mixed well in my soups. It smells lovely too. There is a lot in 100g, and lasts a while when you consider how many mushrooms would fill one teaspoon when grounded. It really is a good buy. I would definitely buy this again.

Having tried other Lions mane this one appears the best. Have a little each night mixed in with decaf tea mixes well and does not change taste of tea helps to relax before bedtime and has improved sleep.

This product was a little too good; felt great energy and focus, but my BP shot up to 184/101, alongside headache, blurred vision and whistling in my ears. I’ve always had good BP and I’m healthy, so this has freaked me out! I’ve never had this reaction before and query the ingredients

Eftersom produkten kommer från Kina vet inte jag om jag kan lita på innehållet. Utifrån beskrivningen och namnet på produkten, Sevenhills, fick jag intrycket att det var från EU eller USA.Blev hård i magen och kände ingen effekt alls efter en vecka. Kan inte rekommendera denna produkt till någon.
