Good pre-workout...
Been taking pre-workouts for energy for 20 + years...I go through alot just trying to find a decent one that doesn't give me bad side effects. Not easy because I'm extremely picky. My current favorite that I always reorder is SPARK energy...But this one is definitely a keeper and might become my #1. Time will tell, but I'm definitely liking this one. The paradise flavor tastes great...Try it, you will like it. It's kind of reminiscent of the old jacked3d but of course not as great...

Not good. Don't waste your time.
Awful taste, does not mix well (a lot of granulars at the bottom of my cup), and I don't feel any increase in energy or pump. Would not recommend.

Unclear labeling
This is overall a nice pre-workout drink: taste is OK, I am not sure how to describe it, and it certainly gives an energy boost, and the tingles. I'd say it delivers... But, there is a huge but. The photos of the product claim 200 mg of caffeine per serving, however, the product description claims 420 mg (!?!?!?!?) per serving. I am not sure which option is correct (tempted to say the 200 mg because there is no way my body could handle 420 mg - with the FDA limit being 400 mg per day) but I think that the discrepancy is unacceptable. There is no information on caffeine per serving on the packaging, which, to be honest, I consider a dangerous practice. I tried this supplement first at half-scoop, and then at 2/3rds of a scoop - yes, it delivers, but I am very skeptical due to the discrepancy - I think I'll just let it be, without some specific information it's not worth the gamble.
