Q: We can only get sound from the microphones when the volume is on maximum. What are we doing wrong?! This is waaaay too loud!

Yes you can sing your own lyrics, and it has a voice changer. I would recommend for kids under 10.

Q: What kind of charger does this use? I lost ours and now have no way of charging it.

It says that it is a USB to DC5V cable. I am still, myself, trying to see if I can get more specific information than that - because I, myself, also like to always be able to order a spare cable.

Q: How to charge this speaker ?

There is a micro usb slot to charge.
