Poor Quality Product and Refund Still Not Received
I ordered an unstitched cotton suit from this seller on Amazon, but the product quality was extremely poor and the fabric was not even pure cotton as described. Because of this, I returned the item, and the seller received the return on 11 May. However, till now I have not received my refund. After facing this issue, I also checked other customer reviews and found that many buyers have complained that this seller delays or does not refund money after receiving returned products. This is very disappointing and unfair to customers. I request Amazon to take strict action against this seller and process my refund as soon as possible.
