Packaging
Product packet damaged, inside box damaged and as I was going to wrap as a present very disappointed even though the content (cup) was of good quality and value for money

Super awesome gift
This was a gift. They absolutely love that they still use and it’s just a great, detailed, great design. Great quality and durability is easy to clean and they absolutely loved it.

Keeps it hot
It was a perfect gift for my firefighter daughter. She loves it and can't believe how long it keeps the drinks warm. The lid seals good enough to tip upside down without leaking

Broke after 2 weeks of use
Bought the firefighter travel mug for my husband at Christmas. It looked great and came in a timely manner. The lid is plastic and you must wash it by hand. After 2 weeks the plastic slider that opens and closes the drinking spout broke. Very disappointed as I carefully washed it by hand after every use.
