What’s the difference between this and fat rope stick?

The Fat Rope Stick is better in wet conditions where the tinder would also get wet AFTER you fluff it. It’s intended for hotter sparks from ferro rods, or firesteels…along with open flames. The Fast Fire Stick is fine if it gets wet, but it’s just less effective if it’s wet after you fluff it. Fast Fire Stick is also slightly better in wind. Since it has finer fibers, it maintains a hotter flame in windy conditions…but that same feature also makes it absorb water more when fluffed. Fast Fire Stick also can be lit with a flint spark also…which is not as hot as a ferro rod / firesteel spark.

Can someone tell me how to store until use, can it be put in air tight bag so it wont get wet or does it need to breathe do to chemicals needed light?

Procamptek Fast Fire Stick does not "off-gas" chemicals, so it doesn't need to "breathe" during storage. It has indefinite shelf life, so it is very forgiving on how it is stored. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place... much the same way you would do long term food storage or other camping gear. Much like those items, just store in a way that keeps away mold and mildew. That's all there is to it, really. Even in hot climates, some of the wax may melt at the edges and the packaging may age... but neither affect the overall performance and ability to ignite.

Can it be kept in a get home bag stored in your car during summer heat?

Yes but we would recommend keeping it in a zip lock bag so the wax won't melt onto other objects in your kit.

軽いし臭いもなく着火もファイヤースティックで難なく出来ました！商品紹介写真のように輪切りにして着火しなくても少量で十分燃えてくれます！最初は2700円は少し高いと思いましたが、ガム1個程度の量で十分ですので、最終的にはかなりコスパ良いです。難点と言えばワックスで固められているので少し切りにくいぐらいですね。リピ買いします！

Cut off a slice and spark it up with a ferro rod or lighter, it burns easily and lasts long, not much is needed. Canadian made item and priced fairly, will order again!

Fantastic stuff. This compact package will light plenty of fires, it only takes a bit to do so. It cuts relatively easy and clean, the fine fibers fluff easily, and it lights with just a small spark. Aside from the material (cotton?) burning towards the end, the only odor is that of a bit of wax. Of the more "natural" types of fire starters, the Fast Fire Stick is my favorite of all including plugs, disks, whatever. You likely won't regret purchasing this product for camping, survival, etc.
