Everything arrived in a single box, well-organized and intact. Each wooden section was properly marked, and the instructions were easy to follow.As expected, assembly took some time and occasionally required two pairs of hands. However, if you lay out the pieces according to the sections, the process is straightforward and intuitive.Initially, it seemed a bit flimsy during assembly. But once fully assembled, tightened, and with shelves and brackets in place, the catio became impressively sturdy. Even in high winds on our hillside property, it held up well.To enhance durability, we sealed every wooden part and the asphalt roof with Flex Seal. Two coats for the wood, and a coat of clear gel plus a clear spray for the roof. No leaks even in heavy rain! Adding a wood strip along the top front side, creating a slight slant, helped rain runoff and provided extra airflow during windy days.SUMMARY: This catio exceeded our expectations. Take your time during assembly and ensure proper sealing; it's worth the effort for your feline friends. Our kitties adore their new space, spending hours watching birds, enjoying the outdoors, and even napping. If you're considering a catio, this one is a fantastic choice.
