I like this product. I’m not sure whether it’s a placebo effect or whether it really works exactly as advertised, but the most important thing is that it works for me. I’d describe it as a kind of legal amphetamine it boosts my activity and concentration. The effect doesn’t last very long, but I feel a clear increase in energy and motivation to get work done. At the same time, it works gently. I don’t feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest, there’s no anxiety, and no sudden crash afterward. Now I use it before any important work, and it does exactly what I need.

Great product - especially for those who want to be switched on at work

When ice cold it tastes great. Didn’t feel any real beneficial effects or enhanced mental focus beyond what I get from a strong cup of coffee. Uses some clever marketing in the terminology such as ‘natural’ caffeine – as opposed to ‘unnatural’ caffeine, which I didn’t realise was a thing. But it’s good to know there’s minimal ‘bad stuff’ in it. The flavour is genuinely pleasant, and it’s nice knowing there are no calories to worry about, so on that front, it does what it says. But let’s talk about the price – £32 for 12 cans is sharp (in my opinion). You’re locked into bulk buying, which doesn’t suit me at all. I’d be much more likely to pick one up occasionally if it was sold individually in shops or supermarkets at a reasonable price point. Updated: Received some positive engagement from their customer services who offered me a full refund. I don’t think I could personally justify a refund as I did enjoy the drink, but I do really appreciate some old fashioned customer service engagement from a company who actually cares about their product. This product is very good. It works for me. Helps me keep focused and energized. I find it too pricey and I wished it wasn’t carbonated. I wonders if it’s contributing to my weight gain and increased heart rate.

Pros: Nice taste, provides alertness for ~3 hours. Cons: - I get exactly the same effect from drinking an energy drink like monster or red bull. - it has 120mg of caffeine, of course you’re going to feel a little buzz. - Very expensive for what it is.

I get very swift results from energy drinks and they cause me to enter a trance state whereby work gets done with a can-do-anything attitude for hours of sweet sweet focus. So naturally when I saw these on Modern Wisdom I had to try them. And can I just say, the tropical flavour is so delicious - but I tried my first sip when I was feeling a bit under the weather and it felt like all my nerves and enthusiasm was waking up and set me in the right frame of mind for feeling ready to create something without any sort of distractions or doubt or lack of impetus. Which is great really because with my line of work there are three creative activities I have to do today – writing, designing an app, and preparing art.
