Ortho GroundClear Year Long Vegetation Killer2 Concentrate - Weed Killer Concentrate, Kills and Prevents Weeds Up to 1 Year, 2 gal.

Used tank sprayer, mix by directions (24oz per 1 gal water). Sprayed brick patio with lots of weeds/grass growing through. Seeing results in less than 12 hours. Final judgement is over next 12+ months. There is a residue left on bricks that I am wait for next rain to wash off. A good rain washed all residue off the bricks. Will update review with any additional pertinent information.

I've used this product before and generally it works well. The dilution rate makes coverage expensive. It doesn't clobbered weeds as quickly as other products. I like to use vinegar then follow up with Ortho. I've never had any issues with the container leaking. I would encourage everyone to follow the directions. It works well, but can be expensive for large areas.

This stuff is good. It kills weeds quickly, but don’t think that it will last for more than about 6 weeks.

Last year I used this & I had great success, it worked as advertised. This spring I spent a lot of money (3X) it is not working and now I have aprox. $200.00 worth of product that doesn't work. Its been two weeks and weeds aren't dead or dying. I am very disappointed and frankly pissed off I wasted so much money.

I've been using this for several years in our yard with great success. I live in the South where weeds grow year-round and I have a large yard with a large mulched area - more then 1/4 acre - under pine trees and oak trees - where I fought weeds and baby pine trees (and baby oak trees planted by the squirrels) year-round until I started using this. Once I started using this, it kills any weeds and trees that have sprouted and I don't have weed or tree growth for about a year. I just mix this up according to the directions and I add Alligare Mojave 70 EG (which doesn't kill weeds but helps prevent weed growth) for extra protection, and spray on the mulched area using a backpack sprayer in the Spring and and my weed and baby tree problem is solved for another year.

I bought this for a small area I was trying to kill the grass in. The concentrate was mixed according to the standards on jug. It took about 14 days to kill off the weeds however it grew back fast. I would recommend mixing stronger than recommended for the application. Price was good but how well it worked might be the issue. I used in a 3 gallon sprayer .

I've used this GroundClear for several years on my gravel and rock areas around the yard & driveway and it works beautifully. Keeps weeks from growing for 2 summers. Buy the concentrate if you have a fair amount of gravel to do. Using a 2 gal sprayer, add 6 cups of Ortho. You can fill the sprayer 3 times. Just be sure not to apply it anywhere near plants that you don't want to kill!

A little slow to work, but it does work. I’ve used it for years.
