I love this scent soo much I have many Maison Margiela Replica fragrances: beach walk, on a date, when the rain stops, bubble bath, lazy sunday morning, by the fireplace, and now sailing day as well. Sailing day is genuinely my favorite. It is truly unisex. My husband and I share it. Him and I have both recieved compliments on it. It doesnt smell "too masculine" on me and it doesnt smell "too feminine" on him. It is very aldehydic which gives it this clean, fresh, soapy quality. It smells aquatic and herbaceous. I find it shares some similarities to the scent of the blue Irish Spring bar soap (i think it was called Irish Spring Icy Blast), but not quite as masculine. It will smell like you just got out of the shower while on vacation at a nice hotel with an ocean view. The longevity is mid. This is common for MMR as they are only EDT concentration. Since this scent is so light and fresh, the notes break down and dissipate relatively fast. I get maybe 3-4 hours of wear on skin. Maybe 5 hours on clothes. The projection during those few hours is quite strong though. Its doesnt wear super close to the skin, people will abaolutely smell it on you at arms length and when you walk by. So this scent packs a punch but doesn't overstay its welcome. I genuinely love this scent. I would say its quite similar to bubble bath and when the rain stops, they are all "blue aquatic" scents. But bubble bath is slightly more feminine-leaning due to the coconut note (still relatively unisex), and when the rain stops is more masculine-leaning (I dont find that one unisex, its masculine. it smells exactly like the standard green irish spring bar soap.) Sailing Day falls somewhere in the middle of those two. Its truly the most unisex scent I have ever smelled. Its worth the money and a safer blind buy than some of MMR's other scents. I still would reccomend smelling it in person first.

This is the best smelling perfume I've every worn. It's clean smelling, light, and literally lasts all day long. Kind of pricey but I absolutely LOVE it!

I adore this scent. There are others made by Maison Margiela that I enjoy, but this is by far my favorite. Fresh, clean, long lasting. You can't go wrong with this one.

It has a very good scent intensity.

1. Incorrect. Not a scent that is "common". At all. 2. Absolutely, different and stands out. 3. I smell fruit stand by the sea. Drift wood. Aquatic. Fresh Sea weed...not the stuff on the sand. 4. Dry-down beast! Eau de toilette used NOT to be cheap, the only possible oil content that can pull off this level of freshness. The nose just opens up. I don't smoke... anything. Drink black coffee. Don't sniff anything destructive. So I can smell this juice. Mission accomplished. What everybody is wearing right now...I wanted do the opposite. Thank you Maison Margiela & Amazon!!!

This is one of my favorite perfumes. I received it with no top, it was not covered at all. How is it supposed to be protected. It’s expensive and for it to arrive like that is horrible.

店舗でとても気に入ったのですが少しメンズ寄りなのかなぁと迷ったのですが、やっぱり他の香りでは超えらず決めました。店舗価格より安く買えたし口コミでは並行輸入で日本の物と香りが違うとあったのですが、店舗で貰ったムエットをずっと持っていたので変わりない香りでした。とても夏にピッタリな良い香りです。
