Product Description Trouble Shooting Why does the controller not displaying temperature and time, but an E1 or E2 ? This indicates that the electric blanket is currently in a "standby" state, rather than being damaged. Please unplug the power plug and coupler one by one, then re-insert them firmly, and make sure that the buckle stays in the correct position of the small dot. Excellent, lovely and warm, I never have it on the highest setting, I think it would be just to hot. It is warm even without the heat on at all. Only had it a month so cannot attest to how long-lasting it will be but no problems as yet and seems to be really well made. Good value too, there were plenty of more expensive brands, but it doesn't feel cheap. If I had one small gripe I would like a slightly longer lead but I have plug outlets in weird places in my very old house so I have to use an extension sometimes. Overall, highly recommended!

Also must add as soon as I get it out my cat is straight on me curled up purring away .
